OUR GOAL: When Wally and I decided to sell daylilies, we made several decisions about how we would conduct our business. First, we would sell only large, healthy plants; second, we would give our customers value for their money by keeping prices low while supplying double fans or better of the best plants we had; and third, we would provide excellent customer service. We live by these decisions. We hope that if you are ever displeased with our plants or service for any reason, you will let us know. We want to earn your business and keep you as a satisfied customer.


NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED
. Many cultivars are in short supply and will go very quickly; please order early so as not to be disappointed. In addition to the on-line shopping cart, you may order by mail, telephone (502-477-5854), fax (502-477-1081), or email (info@possumridgedaylilies.com). No international orders please.

  • Full payment is required prior to shipping. We accept checks and money orders as well as PayPal. For your convenience, we can also accept credit card payments through PayPal. Please confirm availability before placing credit card orders. Kentucky residents should add 6% sales tax. If we are out of a particular cultivar and you have not provided a list of acceptable substitutions, your money will be promptly refunded.


GIFT CERTIFICATES:  We are now offering gift certificates.  Gift certificates are the perfect solution for that special person who is hard to shop for and who also loves daylilies.   Daylilies make a wonderful gift and are a constant reminder of how special you are.  Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be mailed to the recipient directly or to you.  We also include a current catalog with the gift certificate.  You may order your gift certificates by phone (502-477-5854) or eMail (info@possumridgedaylilies.com).   Please be sure to include the name of the recipient, your name or the name the gift is from, and the mailing address where the gift certificate is to be mailed.  We would be happy to accommodate your requests.
 

SHIPPING: Weather permitting, we will begin shipping May 1 or as soon as plants have recovered from winter and continue through September. If you need your plants shipped at a more convenient time for your growing area, please let us know. We will try to accommodate your request if at all possible. Please indicate your preferred shipping date and we will ship your plants as close to the time you request as possible. We ship U. S. Priority Mail. Shipping cost is $8.00 plus $1.00 per plant over one plant.
 

GUARANTEES: If you are not satisfied with your plants, for any reason, please notify us immediately upon arrival of your plants. We will be happy to either replace the plants or refund your money. In either case, DO NOT PLANT but return the plants with original tags attached as soon as possible.

  • We guarantee our plants to be true to name. However, strange things happen and occasionally a plant named one thing turns out to be something else. Let us know as soon as you can and we will replace or refund your money.

  • We guarantee our plants to be healthy. Our garden is state-inspected and has been found to be free of disease. We cannot guarantee against daylily rust because it is becoming so prevalent. However, we have a rigid spraying program in place following the accepted guidelines for controlling daylily rust. We can guarantee that we will not ship any plants with visible signs of rust or if rust is found anywhere within our garden. All plants are dipped in either a solution of Banner Max or Chlorox prior to shipment.
     

PRICING: Prices in this catalog supersede all earlier prices. Prices are for a minimum of double fans unless otherwise noted. We try to be as generous as our supply allows. We usually send 3 fans or better.
 

GIFT PLANTS: Because all plants are marked down 20%, gift plants will not be offered at this time.


SUBSTITUTIONS: If we are out of a particular cultivar, we will substitute with a plant of equal or greater value provided
you have given us permission to substitute AND have provided us with a long list of acceptable substitutions.
